How do I order baby gear?
Take a look at the order page. We can take your order over the phone, submit an order over the internet or fill out the form on the Order page. The Rental Agreement form must be sent to Little Traveller prior to delivery of items or agreed to before submitting it over the internet. A credit card is required for your reservation, but cash is acceptable at delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash.
How do I get my baby gear?
Deliveries and pick ups are seven days a week at pre-arranged times. If possible, deliveries will be made to your accommodation or rental vehicle agency before you arrive. Please tell your hotel or other host that you expect a delivery from Little Traveller. Full delivery and pick-up service available to Calgary, Canmore,Cochrane, Airdrie, Banff and all surronding areas. Fees apply.If you prefer not to pay for delivery, you can pick up and/or return your rentals at Little Traveller office.
Special information about car seats…
Little Traveller cannot install your car seat for liability reasons. You will be responsible for installing the car seat in your vehicle. The manufacturer's instructions will be included with your car seat rental and you will be shown how to use the car seat properly if delivery arrangements allow. If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident, please contact Little Traveller immediately so that a replacement seat can be delivered ASAP. A car seat must be destroyed after it has been in an accident.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 48 hours prior to the pre-arranged delivery time to let us know that you are changing your plans. Under 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of your rental fee. You will be charged 100% of your rental fees with under 24 hours notice. If you have to cut your stay short, please let us know and you will receive a reasonable refund.
We are having a great time and want to stay longer!
Please call us as soon as possible to make arrangements, as the gear may be needed for another reservation.
How does your replacement cost work?
The replacement cost is charged if something is missing, damaged or broken. Your credit card may be charged additional fees when the order is checked over AFTER your rental. You will be notified if your card will be charged. Kids are not always predictable so reasonable wear and tear is expected.
How do you clean your equipment?
We clean and sanitize all of the equipment upon return of the rental. If you are renting a playpen, we ask that you use both the waterproof pad and a sheet on the mattress. Please put all of the linens in the laundry bag after you are done with them so that we can clean them with baby laundry detergent.
What about batteries?
Little Traveller will provide one set of rechargeable batteries, if your rental requires batteries. If more batteries are required, you will be responsible for the purchase of batteries during your rental period. A fee of $20 will be charged to your credit card if the rechargeable batteries are not returned with your order.
Where do you deliver?
Other than Calgary, we deliver to Canmore, Cochrane, Banff, Lake Louise, Kananaskis, Airdrie, and outlining areas. Please call us to find out the cost of delivery.
Does any of your equipment require special instructions?
The Chariot stroller has a few pieces to put together. Once put together, it is a great all-purpose stroller. To save you from frustration, we will set up a time or meeting place to show you how to put the pieces together.
What do I have to do when I return my rentals?
Please put your rental gear and instructions back into the bags that are provided.
How long will it take you to get back to me?
Getting things organized to go on a small or big trip with children is stressful and sometimes daunting. We pride ourselves on getting back to you within 24 hours to help take the stress out of the pre-trip organization.

Just give us a call and we will be more than happy to help out. If you have any questions on how to use or set up the equipment, don't hesitate to call. We would rather answer your questions than have damaged equipment.
Why can't I find your address?
Little Traveller is a home-based business. Our exact address and directions will be provided once an order has been placed.
Is there a minimum rental charge?
Yes, there is a minimum rental charge of $35. So, order your item for an extra day or two to give yourself time to rest after everyone leaves, or rent a box of toys for your children to enjoy!.
